Established in 2009 by Mark Buckley and Paul Frayne our business is designed to provide both tenant and landlords with a service totally without compromise.

Available 7 days a week 7am until 10pm Buckley Frayne have the ability to move a tenant into a new home within a hour. As experienced landlords we understand the need for "attention to detail" our properties in the city are generally stunning and with our in house maintenance team we are able to provide instant service back up 24 hours a day and at a fraction of the costs that other agents will charge.

Meet The Team

Mark Buckley

In 2008 Mark was responsible for over 1200 new lettings across the city. In 2009 Mark has helped create a dynamic pro-active estate agency brand in partnership with Paul Frayne, our mission is to deliver the highest levels of customer service possible with strong values and a principle aim of giving Landlords and sellers peace of mind and the best value for money. Marks career began in 1989 in Altrincham as a Trainee Manager and he successfully developed his career running some of the most successful offices across South Manchester for many of the corporate estate agents. In 2003 he changed direction, steering away from the corporate agents and chose to work for an independent estate agent, joining Thornley Groves as Senior Manager in their Manchester City Centre office. Mark's commitment to ensuring our reputation is second-to- none and his continued development of the team in Manchester allows him the privilege of a long term view of the City with a focus on securing not just today's business but also tomorrow's. Mark lives in the city and is a Manchester United supporter, he is also a keen motor sports fan and has a passion for fast cars!

Paul Frayne

After a successful career in retail Business Development, Paul joined forces with Mark in 2009 to establish Buckley Frayne. As a landlord himself, Paul understood the frustrations that can come with property management and combined with Mark’s industry expertise, worked tirelessly to build one of Manchester’s most respected and award-winning letting agencies. Paul plays a key role in developing the business, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring landlords receive the high level of service Buckley Frayne has become known for. His practical experience as both a business leader and landlord allows him to understand clients' needs from every perspective. Outside the office, Paul enjoys coaching a men’s lacrosse team and supporting both of his children, who also play the sport. He is also a lifelong Manchester City supporter!
